The sustainable distribution centre which Heembouw has realised in commissioned with the Oisterwijkse developer and investor DOKVAST on industrial Kraaiven in Tilburg is delivered to the user Dobotex International on the 29th of April. The distribution centre on Zevenheuvelenweg comprises approximately 35,000 square metres and is designed by Architect Denc. DOKVAST aims a BREEAM “very good” qualification , for this distribution centre.
Dobotex International, 100% subsidiary of Puma, develops, produces and markets socks and bodywear for the sports brand, and is licensed for the manufacturing of Tommy Hilfiger socks, Head-socks and Levi’s bodywear.
The new distribution centre consists 30,000 m² of GLA, 1,800 m² of office and 3,000 m² of expedition floor.
And there is an option to an extension of approximately 14,000 m².
