Developer and investor DOKVAST is developing a new distribution centre on ‘Het Laar’ business park in Tilburg, directly beside the A58 motorway. The DC NewLogic III has been commissioned by Rhenus Contract Logistics. Construction of the building is due to commence at the end of 2017 and the DC will be brought into operation in the third quarter of 2018.
The futuristic design of the NewLogic III was created by architect Hung Tran of Habeon Architecten. During completion of the DC in Doctor Paul Janssenweg, DOKVAST is supported by principle contractor Heembouw from Roelofarendsveen and installation consultant Quadrant4. Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij is the acting real estate agent.

Our broad knowledge and experience in the field of sustainability are evidenced by a number of unique projects. For instance, in 2013, we realised the Netherlands’ most sustainable logistics complex. And, as Europe’s second distribution centre, we were awarded a BREEAM Outstanding (5 stars) certificate for the design, construction and management of this building feat. This is the highest attainable international certification for sustainable construction.
